Location Choices

Location - My bedroom

This will be used at the main characters bedroom, I will need to alter it slightly to make it look more suited to a younger girl. This is why I have placed a few teddy bears on the bed and turned on colourful lights for the night times scenes. I will also place toys around the room and maybe use a different duvet cover to make it look like a younger girls room.

Location - Street & Garden

I also want to use my street as it is normally the place the neighbours/children play, which is what I want to happen at the beginning. It is realistic as 9 year olds tend to play near their homes, not away from them for safety etc. I also want to use my back garden as it is the view from the bedroom.

A2 Target Grade - A

To achieve my target my research, planning and evaluation must be detailed, effectively communicated and presented digitally, using a wide variety of formats. I need detailed
research into similar products and target audience and to show the process of planning by including excellent work on shotlists, drafts, storyboards, scripts, locations and props. I need to show full evidence of the research and planning informing the construction process. My evaluation must reflect my excellent understanding of forms and conventions, an understanding of the use of new media throughout the stages of production, the way my ancillary and primary tasks combine effectively. There will be an excellent understanding of the significance of audience feedback. My production work, across the formats, will demonstrates excellent creativity and imagination as I seek to make them as convincing as possible and it will also reflect my mastery in technical skills such as controlled use of the camera, attention to framing, variety of shot sizes, close attention to mise-en-scène, appropriate transitions and use of sound.
